Let’s Hyde Resort & Villas “Lowest Price Guarantee” applies only to rates available to the general public, and not available on any special package rates or other contracted rates from traditional travel agents. (LPG is applied mainly on the following sites booking.com, expedia.com, hotels.com, agoda.com, Ctrip.com, Traveloka.com and some more similar sites).

Please note you will first need to make your reservation either through our website. All claims need to be made via email: [email protected]

If you find a lower publicly available rate, on a competing website anytime after booking your hotel until the day of check-in, for same room type, check-in/out dates, payment requirements (e.g. full prepayment requirement) and restrictions, simply read the information below on how to make a claim.

Upon verification of your claim, Let’s Hyde Resort & Villas will honour the rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found and deduct an additional 100 Baht from the net rate for all booked nights during your stay.
